Same thing goes with life. We may be left alone, or we may leave someone alone, but it's never the ending. It's never a reason to forget that tomorrows are built to look forward to. Yes, we should face what the present gives us, but when all else fail, let's not forget that we can actually correct it the next day. Let's not forget that everything happens for a reason. That reason may be unavailable and rough and undefined for now, but as the journey continues, you'll realize that yes; it is more of a blessing than a curse.
This is what I learned from the journey to knowing myself. Well, as of the moment, I'm still getting there, to my right destination. I am constantly learning life lessons from people I know, and even from those I don't.
This tale is more of a realization. I've been walking to a road where all things are given and where I can't accept leaving. For my many years of maturity I realized I still hold on to something that wasn't mine anymore, or even to those that were never mine. I consider loss a doom in my life, a darkness that constantly hinders me to move forward for there wasn't any ray of life that can guide me.
This tale is more of a realization. Leaving is an option or a necessity. But the second is what we often do when we are the one who's placed in the situation. We leave because we believe it is important for growth. We leave because we believe that if we don't, everything will be the same and there will be no room for improvement. Yes, it is actually a good way to know what you have and what you lack. But when we leave, we should see to it that while we are on the process, we see something or someone to take over, because the most painful thing to happen when we leave is to see the person we left broken. That instead of helping them grow, we are actually putting them to worse case scenarios.
I am a living testament to this tale. I was once a victim of this belief that darkness was made to hide things and to let everything become stationary. But we ourselves are the light to that darkness, for it is in our mind where illumination resides.
